Sumer Tiwari is a graduate from Colorado State University. He is an IT Analyst by profession, photographer and aquarist by passion. He has been an aquarium hobbyist for more than ten years. Through his photography, Sumer strives to artistically capture behavior and beauty of the fishes which are not obvious to the casual eye.

His photos and aquascaping projects have appeared in both local and international publications such as Amazonas magazine. His recent project has taken him to the Amazon basin in Peru where he collected many fishes including undescribed killis, corys and plecostomus. He enjoys traveling, hiking, mountain biking and birding during his free time.

Sumer is going to talk about his experiences with Pseudohemiodon apithanos and his video that went viral.
