2016-fallauction

Note: that we will be starting at 10:00 A. M.

Please arrive early to allow plenty of time to get registered for a bidder number. All bidders and sellers must be registered and must provide a name, address and email address to register.

To sell fish at the auction, or preview items, please register for an account at mygroupauctions.com
Sellers, we ask that you get there BEFORE 9:00 A.M. so that we have time to get your auction items checked-in and verified.  This also allows time for the buyers to preview the items up for sale.

Sellers please note the following rules:
* A maximum of 40 combined auction items (does not include quick-sale items) per seller are allowed.
* A maximum of 4 bags of a single species or color morph per seller are allowed.

If more than 4 bags of a single species or color morph are entered in the auction the excess items will be considered a donation to the RMCA.  Also note, that because there is no way to track the order in which the items were sold, the donated items will be selected based on selling price whereby the items with the HIGHEST selling price will be considered a 100% donation to the RMCA.

* Auction Splits will be strictly enforced
* There WILL NOT be a “Buy-It-Now” table at the auction

2016-octobermeeting

As we prepare for the Fall Auction, this month’s meeting will feature Free Food, Great Door Prizes and a Tutorial on the MyGroupAuctions website that we use for our auctions. This is a fantastic tool for both sellers and buyers alike. Come to the meeting and hear how you can use the website to register items you wish to offer up for sale, track the sale of those items, expedite check-in/registration for both buyers and seller,  and more!

Also this month, the pleco growth contest fish from April is due back this month.

Lastly, if anyone has been successful in breeding the Hillstream Loaches please bring the fry to the meeting if you haven’t already had someone verify the spawn.
